A clinician-founded practice, quietly assembled for the work that follows the strategy.

HTS exists because too many strategic plans are written by people who have never had to walk a unit — and too many transformation initiatives end the moment the consulting engagement does.

The firm was founded by a registered nurse with deep Caribbean healthcare knowledge and an active clinical career across multiple hospitals in the United States. That combination is the firm's distinctive asset — Caribbean systems read from the inside, paired with the operational rigor of high-volume American institutions.

We operate as the implementation layer beneath the larger strategic engagements our clients have already commissioned. Our role is to make the plan land — on the unit, on the shift, on the metric that matters. That is the work no presentation deck can do, and it is the only work that actually changes outcomes.
